Arrived in Darwen today (Thursday) from Kingsbury Water Park. Went to gardeners world yesterday. Lynda only bought one plant! Travelled through Derbyshire - very picturesqe.

My second attempt at this blogging lark...

Next week sees the start of our summer tours.  We go down to Birmingham on Tuesday, staying at the Kingsbury Water Park C&CC site.  We are booked into the Good Food/Gardeners' World show at the NEC on Wednesday.

We leave there on Thursday and head up to Darwen for Dad's 90th Birthday celebration on Sunday lunchtime.  We have photographer coming to take photos of the extended family.

We return home on the Monday just in time to take the van in for its annual service - habitation and vehicle, MOT and some minor repairs.  I think we will need a bank loan!
